Outdoor pool opening delayed to June 5
Summary
Concrete repairs, re-caulking and repainting pushed the pool opening past Memorial Day, but it opens Friday June 5 from 5 to 9 p.m. with regular summer hours starting Monday. Water clarity after heavy use is a concern staff are managing with two-hour recirculation breaks between sessions.

The outdoor pool won't open Memorial Day weekend because of concrete repairs, re-caulking and repainting that need dry weather to cure. The new target is around May 30, weather permitting.
